With a dedicated wedding coordinator by your side, this partial planning package ensures all the details will be handled exactly as you envisioned, so you can relax and be present in every magical moment of your Mykonos wedding.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
PLANNING
• Unlimited e-mail communications.
• 1 one-hour video call
• 1 in person meeting in Mykonos upon your arrival on the island (up to 2 hours)
• Rehearsal of the ceremony procession (up to 1 hour)
• Provision of all our designed questionnaires regarding itinerary guidance.
• Provision of all our tools for preparing the seating plan.
VENDORS
• Viewing all agreements (shared with us by the couple) of all booked wedding vendors you have selected, and providing notes for you to communicate.
• Reviewing your suggested timeline and going over it and providing essential notes if required,.
• Distribution of revised timeline to all associate vendors.
SETUP COORDINATION - ON SITE PREPARATION SUPERVISION
• Coordinating and supervising all professionals/vendors involved, ensuring the proper setup and décor of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception- as per agreements- as well as the breakdown of all these set ups after the wedding is over.
WEDDING EVENT FLOW COORDINATION - PLANNER'S PRESENCE
• Up to seven hours on-site with your lead coordinator, to execute the wedding day timeline.
• Making sure of the proper flow of event timetable.
• Coordinating, pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers.
• Directing the ceremony procession.
• Finding solutions to any mishaps that may occur. We will use our professional judgment when acting regarding changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.
