Legal Wedding
Catholic weddings are legal ceremonies that require the preparation of legal documents. While we provide procedures and instructions, most of the work must be done by your own pastor at your hometown. These procedures take time, so we need to start quite early before the wedding day.
Contacting your Pastor
The Catholic Church wishes to advise the couples through some sessions about the importance of the marriage and the spirituality of it. Every couple has to contact their own Pastor from their parish, and then participate in a private session with their priest, in order to get his blessing/permission to get married in Mykonos. The Catholic Church does not allow us wedding planners to help or participate in that part of the preparations. After your Pastor gives his permission, he will be the one to contact our pastor here in Mykonos for further details and confirm church availability.
