WEDDING PLANNER’S SERVICES
- Long distance consultation (e-mail and telephone support) prior to your wedding.
- Pre-wedding consultation with your wedding planner in Mykonos (up to 2 hours).
- Booking & ensuring selected vendors included in the package.
- Making payments of tips & balances to booked associates for their services.
- Management - Set up of the wedding items included in the package.
- Dedicated coordinator throughout your wedding day (Max 2 hours).
- Follow up after the event: Making sure your photos & videos will be delivered.
*Only applies when a photographer/videographer is included in the package.
WEDDING CEREMONY & CELEBRANT
- Estimated duration of ceremony: 15-20 minutes
- Wedding celebrant (English speaking) preparing & performing the ceremony.
- Two types of symbolic ceremony to choose from, including different items:

- Candle lighting ceremony: 2 Candles (one for each) & a union candle in a lantern.
- Sand ceremony: 2 medium size vases (one for each), 1 larger union vase, small jar for storing sand.
- Vows (created by you or us) & ring exchange.
*Rings are provided by the couple.

- Ceremony Symbolic Certificate – memento

SYMBOLIC CEREMONY LOCATION
Mykonos Beach ceremony:
The beach usually used for our packages provides a beautiful sunset view and even though it is public,
it is not at all crowded or too busy, offering a good sense of privacy.

*Alternative locations for ceremony are available, with extra fee.
F & B: WEDDING CAKE & WEDDING TOAST
- Bottle of Prosecco (chilled).
- Champagne holder with ice to keep the sparkly chilled.
- Champagne glasses for the couple.
- Small bottles of water (cold).
- Simple white wedding cake – vanilla flavor, 1 tier.*
- Cake serving items (plates spoon & cutting items).*
*The quantities included in the package are estimated for the couple and approximately 2–3 guests. Should additional guests attend, extra bottles and glassware will need to be arranged at an additional cost.
BRIDAL BOUQUET & GROOM’S BOUTONIERE
- Bridal bouquet - Round arrangement with flowers and /or greenery. Small size arrangement (the exact size depends on type of flowers you want,seasonality and flower cost)
- Flower selection between: Roses// Gerberas // Sunflowers // Daisies, arranged with greenery.
- Color: Selection from the couple.

CAPTURING THE MOMENT - PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Photography services for 2 hours, including ceremony, group photos (if applicable) & short private photo shooting session with the couple.
*All photos will be later delivered to the couple in digital format by email.
*A minimum of 150 edited photos will be provided.
*Photography Services:
All photography packages include up to 2 hours of coverage at one (1) location. Please note that additional locations—particularly those that require travel or driving—will incur extra charges.
WEDDING DINNER RESERVATIONS
Restaurant suggestions & reservations on your behalf.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Kindly note that the prices indicated are for the exact packages designed. Any changes or additions that you wish to make may lead to additional fees.
- Upon your selection of a Package, we will use our professional discretion to make the best choices of associate vendors for your package e.g. Celebrant, Sparkling wine, Florists etc.
- Alternative location options are available and can be provided by presentation. If you wish to change the location of the ceremony additional rental fees may apply, according to your selection.
*Visiting (scouting) those locations is also available but that will include an additional planner’s fee.
ADD ONS: If you wish to add more services to the package, additional costs will apply. Besides the cost of the additional service itself, there will also be and additional service fee for the planner of 80.00€ per additional service.
